The final event in a busy month for Bellator goes down Friday with Bellator 257, which takes place at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn., with a main card that airs on Showtime following prelims streamed on MMA Junkie.
A light heavyweight championship rematch goes down in the main event. After winning the first fight by split decision in November 2018, champion Vadim Nemkov (12-2 MMA, 5-0 BMMA) will run it back with Phil Davis (22-5 MMA, 9-2 BMMA). The stakes are much higher this time though, because not only is the belt on the line, but the fight also serves as a quarterfinal matchup in the 205-pound grand prix.
